Before we can face the most hidden parts of ourselves, we need to be anchored in something greater than fear—the energy of love. In this experiential workshop, you will first be guided into a deep connection with this energy, creating a safe, powerful foundation for transformation.

From there, we will embark on a journey through key developmental stages of life—birth to age 3, 3 to 7, 7 to 13, and beyond—looking with radical honesty at what truly happened during these times. We’ll explore not just what we experienced, but how we learned to cope, and the core beliefs about ourselves and the world that were formed as a result.

Once these patterns are brought to light, we will engage in the sacred practice of loving witness—bringing unconditional love and acceptance to the parts of ourselves that carry these old wounds. You will learn how to hold space for your inner child, adolescent, or any age of self, allowing them to express their truth without judgment. Over time, this compassionate presence creates the safety needed for these wounded parts to soften, transform, and reintegrate into your whole, authentic self.

This is deep, courageous work—but when done in the presence of love, it opens the door to profound healing, greater self-trust, and the freedom to live in alignment with who you truly are.

ASHLEY RYAN | The Shadow of Romantic Love

Discover the truth about the myth of soulmates according to Plato, how it has been misconstrued and broken our understanding of Love.

Romantic love can feel like the someone is completing us, yet often it is a mirror for the parts of ourselves we’ve disowned. Falling in Love is a reflection of our shadow.

In this class, we’ll explore how unconscious wounds, projections, and unmet childhood needs shape our attraction, deepen our attachment, and sometimes fuel toxic cycles.

This isn’t about tossing around love spells and hoping for magic. We’ll explore how to embody the version of you that love is already on its way to. Through the lens of personal expression, energetic presence, and the subtle details of how you show up, you’ll start to feel yourself living in the frequency of love now, not waiting for it to arrive. 

You’ll also learn how to stay grounded and centered when old patterns resurface. Especially when dating starts to feel serious and vulnerable (aka when it gets real).
