You can know yourself, do the therapy, read the books, and still keep running the same patterns in your relationships. Your nervous system is running on old programs that were written into you long before you were old enough to question them. Beliefs about love, worth, safety, and what's available for "someone like you." These beliefs shape every relationship you have: romantic, familial, platonic. In this workshop, we'll decode the programming underneath the patterns, identify the root causes, and reveal how to get your subconscious to work with you instead of against you.

A guided workshop exploring the deeper design of your life—beginning with karmic patterns and past lives, and moving into how your soul’s intentions unfold through your human experience.
